Delivered over 8 weekly lessons, the program focuses on developing essential life skills that support children both socially and emotionally — at school, at home, and in everyday interactions.

Through creative exercises, movement, discussion, and age-appropriate activities, students learn how to:

Use positive body language, posture, and eye contact

Develop emotional awareness and self-regulation

Build presence, self-belief, and confidence in group settings

Join our Private Coaching sessions — a personalised one-on-one experience designed to support children and teenagers in building confidence, self-belief, and emotional awareness in a calm and encouraging environment.

These 30–45 minute private sessions focus on the individual child, allowing space to work on confidence at their own pace. Sessions may include communication skills, posture and body language, self-expression, emotional regulation, and presence — all essential tools for both everyday life and aspirational pathways.

Led by Shamara Brenna, Confidence Coach and founder of Confidence Academy, these sessions draw on over 10 years of experience working with children through confidence development, performing arts, and talent coaching. Shamara’s approach is nurturing, structured, and practical — supporting children without pressure, comparison, or expectation.

Private Confidence Coaching is ideal for children who have participated in the Confidence Academy 8 week Confidence Development program and would benefit from additional individual support, children preparing for a performance or public speaking, as well as children who feel shy, anxious, or need focused guidance beyond a group setting.
